RenderGod Keyboard Shortcuts for Windows and macOS
Every RenderGod keyboard shortcut in one list, including theme switching, UI scale, update checks, preview playback and zoom, and macOS menu keys.
These keyboard shortcuts work across RenderGod. On macOS, use Cmd wherever this page shows Ctrl.
App-wide shortcuts
| Keys | Action | Notes |

| F6 | Switch between light and dark theme | Not while typing in a field. If Theme was System, it switches to a fixed light or dark theme. |
| Ctrl + + (or Ctrl + =) | Make the interface larger | Steps: 75%, 90%, 100%, 110%, 125%, 150%. A short message shows the new scale. |
| Ctrl + - | Make the interface smaller | |
| Ctrl + 0 | Reset the interface scale to 100% | |
| Ctrl + Shift + V | Check for updates | Not while typing in a field. See Update RenderGod. |
| Esc | Close the open window or dialog | The No Internet Connection and Update Available windows cannot be closed this way; they explain why instead. |
Preview shortcuts
These work when the pointer is over a preview, or focus is inside it, and not while you type in a field. They work the same in the separate preview window.

Queue and layout shortcuts
| Keys | Action |

| Tab, then Enter or Space on a job card | Select the job |
| Space on a card's drag handle, Up / Down, then Space | Move a job up or down in the queue. Esc cancels. See Reorder jobs. |
| Arrow keys on the panel divider | Resize the settings panel and the queue |
| Page Up / Page Down on the panel divider | Resize in bigger steps |
| Home / End on the panel divider | Move the divider all the way to one side |
| Enter on the panel divider | Restore the default split |
| Enter / Esc in a rename field | Save or cancel the new name |
macOS menu shortcuts

| Cmd + R | Start the render queue |
| Cmd + . | Stop the render queue |
| Cmd + W | Hide the window (renders keep running) |
| Cmd + Q | Quit RenderGod |
On Windows there is no shortcut to open Settings; click Settings in the header.
