Terms of Service
Effective Date: November 6, 2025
Welcome to RenderGod ("RenderGod", "the Software", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the developers of RenderGod regarding your use of the RenderGod software application and related services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RenderGod, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software and must immediately uninstall it from your system.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, executing, or using RenderGod in any manner, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement
- You are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of the Software
- You understand and accept all risks associated with using the Software
Your use of RenderGod constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Software immediately.
2. Description of Service
RenderGod is a Windows-based software application designed to manage, monitor, and automate Blender rendering workflows. The Software provides features including, but not limited to:
- Blender render queue management and batch rendering
- Video file conversion to image sequences and vice versa
- Integration with Blender through official addon
- Automated crash recovery and system restart recovery features
- Telegram bot integration for remote monitoring and control
- Automated system actions including shutdown and sleep modes
- Cloud-based account services and synchronization
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Software at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.
3. License Grant and Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use RenderGod solely for your personal or internal business purposes on compatible Windows systems. This license is granted for the duration of your compliance with these Terms.
You expressly agree that you will NOT:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
- Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
- Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party
- Use the Software for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Software or its components
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software, related systems, or networks
- Use the Software to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Remove or circumvent any technological protection measures
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us. Any unauthorized use of the Software may result in immediate termination of your license and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.
4. User Responsibilities and Acknowledgment of Risks
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF RENDERGOD IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements for the Software
- Backing up all data, files, and projects before using RenderGod
- Verifying that your Blender files, video files, and other content are compatible with the Software
- Monitoring your system resources, disk space, and render processes
- Protecting your account credentials and maintaining account security
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding content you process through the Software
- Obtaining necessary licenses or permissions for any content you render or convert
- Verifying the integrity and safety of all output files generated by the Software
CRITICAL WARNINGS:
- Data Loss Risk: Rendering processes, system shutdowns, crashes, and file conversions may result in data loss, corruption, or damage. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of all important data.
- System Modifications: Features such as automatic shutdown, sleep mode, system restart recovery, and auto-login may modify your system configuration and reduce security. Use of these features is at your own risk.
- Third-Party Software: RenderGod integrates with Blender, Telegram, Google services, and other third-party software. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or security of third-party software or services.
- Network and Remote Access: Use of Telegram bot integration and remote access features may expose your system to security risks. You are responsible for securing your network and remote access.
- Resource Consumption: Rendering and conversion processes consume significant system resources and may affect system performance, stability, and hardware lifespan.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED USE
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, VIRUS-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS
- WARRANTIES THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS
- WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE SOFTWARE
- WARRANTIES THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SYSTEM
We do not warrant that the Software will operate without interruption, that all errors will be corrected, or that the Software is compatible with all systems, hardware, or software configurations. You acknowledge that the Software may contain bugs, errors, or limitations that may affect functionality or performance.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability and Release
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RENDERGOD, ITS DEVELOPERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data, files, projects, or content
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill
- Cost of substitute software or services
- System failures, crashes, or hardware damage
- Corruption or loss of render outputs
- Security breaches or unauthorized access
- Interruption of business operations
- Any other damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall our total cumulative liability for all claims arising from or related to the Software exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. If you have not paid any fees, our total liability shall not exceed ten dollars ($10).
YOU HEREBY RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS RENDERGOD, ITS DEVELOPERS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RenderGod, its developers, owners, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Software
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights
- Your content, data, or materials processed through the Software
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your account
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
8. Account Registration and Security
Certain features of RenderGod may require you to create an account using third-party authentication services (such as Google). You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Comply with all terms and conditions of third-party authentication services
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the security or privacy practices of third-party authentication services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
9. Updates, Modifications, and Discontinuation
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Software, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice. We may release updates, patches, or new versions that may:
- Add, remove, or modify features
- Change system requirements
- Require additional permissions or configurations
- Affect compatibility with your system or other software
You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to provide updates, support, or maintenance for the Software. Continued use of the Software after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Software and these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
The Software, including all code, graphics, text, documentation, and other materials, is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain exclusively with RenderGod and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, service marks, logos, or other proprietary identifiers.
11. User Content and Data
You retain all ownership rights in your content, files, projects, and data that you process through RenderGod ("User Content"). However, you grant us a limited license to:
- Access, process, and store your User Content as necessary to provide the Software's functionality
- Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and process your User Content through the Software, and that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
12. Third-Party Services and Software
RenderGod integrates with and depends on third-party services and software, including but not limited to:
- Blender (Blender Foundation)
- Telegram Bot API (Telegram)
- Google Authentication Services (Google LLC)
- Supabase (Supabase Inc.)
- FFmpeg and other open-source libraries
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or content of third-party services. We do not endorse and are not liable for any third-party services or software.
13. Automated Features and System Modifications
RenderGod includes automated features that may modify your system configuration, including:
- Automatic Shutdown/Sleep: May shut down or put your computer to sleep, potentially causing data loss if other applications have unsaved work
- System Restart Recovery: May require disabling Windows password protection and auto-login, reducing system security
- Startup Integration: May configure RenderGod to start automatically with Windows
- Process Management: May launch, monitor, and terminate Blender and other processes
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- Use of automated features is entirely at your own risk
- You are responsible for ensuring all work is saved before automated actions occur
- System modifications may affect system security, stability, and performance
- We are not responsible for any consequences of automated system modifications
- You should carefully review and understand automated feature settings before enabling them
14. Payment Terms, Subscriptions, and Billing
14.1 Subscription Plans and Pricing
RenderGod may offer subscription plans (including but not limited to "Pro" plans) that provide access to premium features. All pricing, subscription terms, and plan details are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. Current pricing and subscription information is available on our website or within the Software.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All prices are in the currency specified at the time of purchase
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversion rates
- We reserve the right to modify pricing, subscription plans, or features at any time
- Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but may apply to renewals
- Free trials, promotional offers, or discounts may be subject to additional terms and conditions
14.2 Payment Processing
Payment processing for subscriptions and purchases is handled by third-party payment processors, including but not limited to Lemon Squeezy ("Payment Processor"). By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete payment information
- Authorize the Payment Processor to charge your payment method for all fees and charges
- Comply with the Payment Processor's terms of service and privacy policy
- Maintain valid payment information and update it as necessary
- Accept that we are not responsible for the Payment Processor's actions, errors, or security
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card information
- All payment data is handled securely by the Payment Processor
- We are not liable for any payment processing errors, fraud, or unauthorized transactions
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
- Failed payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription
14.3 Subscription Terms and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our Payment Processor) to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each renewal period.
Subscription Details:
- Billing periods are typically monthly or annual, as specified at the time of purchase
- Renewal fees will be charged at the then-current subscription rate
- You will be notified of upcoming renewals, but it is your responsibility to cancel if desired
- Subscriptions continue until cancelled by you or terminated by us
- Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation
14.4 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period
- We are under no obligation to provide refunds or credits for cancelled subscriptions
Refund Policy:
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not provide refunds except as required by applicable law
- Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed
- If a refund is granted, it will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method
- Refunds may be subject to processing fees or currency conversion charges
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Violation of these Terms
- Excessive refund requests
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- By making a purchase, you accept our no-refund policy
- You will not initiate chargebacks or disputes except for legitimate fraud
- Chargebacks or disputes may result in immediate account termination and legal action
- We are not responsible for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks processed by payment processors or financial institutions
14.5 Subscription Status and Access
Your subscription status determines your access to features:
- Active Subscription: Full access to all premium features included in your plan
- Expired/Cancelled Subscription: Access to premium features terminates at the end of the billing period
- Payment Failure: Subscription may be suspended or terminated immediately
- Refund Issued: Access to premium features is revoked immediately
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your subscription and access to premium features at any time, without notice or refund, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or unauthorized use
- Payment disputes or chargebacks
- Suspected abuse or misuse
- Legal or regulatory requirements
14.6 Third-Party Payment Processors
We use third-party payment processors, including Lemon Squeezy, to process payments. Your use of payment services is subject to:
- The Payment Processor's terms of service and privacy policy
- The Payment Processor's security practices and data handling
- The Payment Processor's refund and cancellation policies
- Applicable payment processing regulations and compliance requirements
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- We are not responsible for the Payment Processor's services, errors, or security breaches
- We do not control payment processing, refund processing, or billing disputes handled by the Payment Processor
- Disputes regarding payments, refunds, or billing should be directed to the Payment Processor or resolved through your financial institution
- We are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from payment processing
- The Payment Processor may collect, store, and process your payment information in accordance with their own policies
14.7 Billing Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have questions or concerns about charges, you must contact us within 30 days of the charge date. We will investigate and respond to billing inquiries in a reasonable timeframe.
YOU AGREE NOT TO:
- Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges
- Dispute charges after the 30-day period unless required by law
- Use chargebacks as a method of refund request
- Engage in fraudulent payment practices
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account and subscription
- Permanent ban from using RenderGod
- Collection of disputed amounts plus applicable fees
- Legal action to recover damages
14.8 Taxes and Fees
You are responsible for:
- All applicable taxes, duties, and fees imposed by your jurisdiction
- Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider
- Any bank or payment processing fees
- Determining whether purchases are subject to sales tax, VAT, or other taxes in your location
Prices displayed may not include all applicable taxes. Final charges may vary based on your location and payment method. We are not responsible for calculating, collecting, or remitting taxes on your behalf unless required by law.
14.9 Limitation of Liability for Payments
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR ISSUES ARISING FROM:
- Payment processing errors, delays, or failures
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Payment processor errors, security breaches, or service interruptions
- Refund processing delays or failures
- Currency conversion issues or exchange rate fluctuations
- Tax calculations or tax-related issues
- Billing disputes or chargebacks
- Subscription access issues related to payment processing
Our total liability for any payment-related claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
15. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Software, or any part thereof, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, without liability to you. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or unauthorized use of the Software
- Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
- Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations
- Payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment activity
- Subscription cancellation or expiration
Upon termination, your license to use the Software will immediately cease, and you must immediately uninstall the Software and delete all copies. Access to premium features will terminate immediately upon termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to Sections 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 14, and 16.
16. Export Control and Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You will not export, re-export, or transfer the Software to any country or entity subject to restrictions or embargoes, or in violation of any applicable laws.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
If you are located outside of Israel, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Israel, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
18. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Software.
Material changes to payment terms, subscription pricing, or refund policies will be communicated at least 30 days in advance when possible.

21. Acknowledgment
BY USING RENDERGOD, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR DATA AND PROTECTING YOUR SYSTEM.

- Frame ranges and output formats

Important: We do not collect, store, or transmit the actual content of your Blender files, video files, image sequences, or rendered outputs. We only collect metadata necessary for the Service to function.
1.5 Payment and Billing Information
When you make a purchase or subscribe to premium features, we may collect:
- Payment method information (processed securely by third-party payment processors)
- Billing address and contact information
- Subscription status and billing history
- Transaction identifiers and payment confirmation data
- Customer ID from payment processors (e.g., Lemon Squeezy customer ID)
Important: We do not store, process, or have direct access to your full payment card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment authentication data. All payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment processors (such as Lemon Squeezy) in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.

If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we may collect:

- Correspondence and communications

2. How We Use Your Information

However, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure
- We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and system
- We are not liable for any security breaches, unauthorized access, or data loss
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
4.1 Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including:
- Cloud hosting and storage providers (e.g., Supabase)
